Days:£18.10 Nights & Saturdays: £23.53 Sundays:£28.96

Specialist teams work closely with patients, their carers and families to put together a plan of care which suits each individual person and offers different types of support including community, inpatient, outpatient and day services.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Will act as an independent practitioner within a defined community setting, while liaising with other professionals as necessary
  • Will manage a defined caseload and provide supervision to others as appropriate.
  • You will be involved in providing a high level of safe and effective care
  • Be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care
  • Adhere to all Trust policies, procedures and guidelines
  • Liaise with other community service and multidisciplinary teams
  • Provide mentorship and support to others.
  • The role will involve, but not be limited to you performing the above. 

You’ll need to have the following qualification/experience:

  • A minimum of 6 months paid experience in a Community Psychiatric Nurse role within the UK within the last 3 years 
  • Nursing Qualification & NMC Professional Registration and keep up to date with current nursing practices
